Follow the directions on your favorite flavor of Vegan Burger mix (add water and let sit for a few minutes).
Form into burger sized patties. Saute until burgers are crispy on the outside. Chop them into smaller pieces. Saute until the burger pieces are crunchy on all sides.
Put the Vegan Burger into some crunchy organic taco shells.
We chopped up some tomatoes, greens, avocado, and topped with vegan cheddar and hot sauce. Yummy!!!
