A: When following the mix instructions, (each mix of 1cup ingredients with 2/3 cup of hot water), you can make up to 3 medium patties, or 2 large patties, at 3/8 inch thick.
Q: If I open the packaging, but don't use all, do I need to refrigerate the remaining amount?
A: No, refrigeration is not required :) .
For best results, push out air and reclose the zipper seal on the top of the packaging. Store in a dry cool place.
Shelf life will vary, depending on conditions the package is stored in. You can achieve up to a 1 year, once package is opened.
